This document is our constitution. It's the source code for our culture. It describes how we behave, how we make decisions, and what we hold to be true. We share it publicly because transparency is a cornerstone of our work. This is not an aspiration; it is a requirement.

We are a championship team of professionals. Performance is our currency. Mediocrity and apathy are viruses we do not tolerate.

Autonomy is earned through accountability. Ownership is total - from idea to impact. The person closest to the problem leads the decision.

Direct and Honest.

We are direct because clarity is essential. We debate ideas, not people. Influence is earned through ideas, not politics.

The Customer's Experience Defines Quality.

Our standard is defined by the worst user experience, not the typical one. Every second of downtime is a broken promise. Every bug is a betrayal of trust.

04Our Leaders

Leaders own outcomes, not teams. They hire people better than themselves and clear the path. They lead from the front, not from a PowerPoint. They can show you what excellence looks like because they've been in the trenches. A leader's primary job is to raise the bar with every decision, every review, and every hire. When something succeeds, they give credit. When something breaks, they take responsibility.

05How We Hire

We hire for impact. A single hire can elevate or destroy a team. The answer is always yes or no; there is no maybe. We look for an obsessive passion for the craft and a history of making everyone around them better. We would rather have an empty seat than the wrong person in it.
